Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
It is our goal to ship your products to you within two business days of placing your order. Because our products are hand-crafted for freshness and quality, we do not keep large quantities on hand. In some circumstances, this could delay the shipping of your order up to two weeks.
We will not charge your credit card will until your products are shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Any unopened and unused product may be returned for any reason within thirty days. The product(s) must be in new condition with original, resalable packaging. For health reasons, any opened products are not returnable.
To return one of our products, please email custserv@MyCoconutKitchen.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Make sure to include your invoice number and reason for the return. A refund equal to the cost of the product(s) will be issued in the manner of the original payment. Shipping charges on returns are generally not refundable.
We cannot assume responsibility for products that are lost in the mail when being returned. As such, we recommend that you use tracking when shipping returns.
RESTOCKING
For large or wholesale orders, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returned products. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.
